I am visiting London's leafy Hyde Park to demonstrate how the power of baking can start a conversation with anyone about how we can all live greener.
This episode's eco tips:
1. Eat less meat; challenge yourself to not eat any meat/chicken one day a week. If we all ate less meat we would dramatically reduce the greenhouse gas emissions from animal farming.
2. Get rid of paper; go digital. Instead of paper bills, newspapers and post-it notes, go paperless. Think of the trees we can save.
3. Don’t waste bath water; once you’ve had your bath, scoop up the water in a bucket and use it to water your plants.
